- How can I track the effectiveness of my advertising?
- Our monthly reports make it really easy to monitor the performance of your advertising. If you utilise our Call Tracking Program, we can measure the number of calls made to your business as a result of customers viewing your ad. There are lots of important statistics captured in your report, making it really simple to see a return on your investment.
- How does Thryv Australia manage my listing information?
- We are sometimes asked how we manage the data – as in your contact details – sent to us by telecommunications service providers for publication. At Thryv Australia we adhere to the Privacy and Telecommunications Acts, and do our utmost to protect personal information.
- When will my credit card be charged?
- We won’t charge you until your advertising has gone live. If you have purchased a bronze, your listing will go live within 48 hours and your credit card will be charged. If you have purchased a silver or gold, once your content has been collected and published live, your credit card will be charged.
- How will my content be collected for my advertisement?
- If you have booked a call, our content collection team will give you a call at the time you have booked. If you haven’t booked a call, our content collection team will call you within 48 hours.
- I’ve booked a call for content collection. What can I expect to receive a call from Yellow Pages?
