Meet Jennah Perucich – Yellow Marketing Specialist.

Fresh out of  Deakin uni 2 1/2 years ago with a Bachelor of Commerce and majoring in Marketing, Jennah started at Yellow in the Graduate Program. With an eye for detail and an awesome attitude, today Jennah is an integral part of the Marketing Team, assisting with, and running, a broad range of projects, in particular Yellow’s rebrand and partnership with RUOK .

Describe your role.

As a Marketing Specialist, my role involves a bit of everything. This includes:

  • Creating collateral for our sales teams
  • Assisting our Senior Marketing Manager, Brand and Senior Marketing Specialist with Yellow’s above-the-line and digital ad campaigns
  • Creating and publishing social media content

What major projects have you been involved in recently?

I’ve been heavily involved in the re-brand of Yellow over the last year, so a large component of my role has been ensuring consistency in terms of design, tone of voice and messaging across all marketing assets. This is something I take pride in as I have an eye for detail and consider myself a perfectionist.

Last year I managed our partnership with R U OK? This was an area of the business I hadn’t experienced, and working closely with such an amazing cause was very fulfilling. My role usually involves being part of projects to help businesses develop their digital marketing expertise. It was great to be able to create a mental health resource developed specifically for small businesses.

What’s been your proudest achievement at Yellow?

Presenting our R U OK? partnership and the resource we had created, to the entire business was definitely a milestone for me. Almost the entire business turned up to hear me talk about Yellow and R U OK? and while I had a few butterflies, once I started talking it felt fantastic to be able to help spread the word on such an important matter.

What on for 2019?

This year I’d love to get more involved in a test and learn approach to discover what our customers want and how best to communicate to them. We have a unique customer base who work extremely hard to run their own business and it’s invaluable to learn about their achievements, challenges and experiences in the wold of digital marketing.

Favourite part of the business?

I love my team. Each person I work with is so good at what they do, and it’s amazing to see the amount of great work we have produced over the past year. I can’t wait to see what this year brings!
